IngredientGuardian is an information tool. It surfaces matches between ingredient labels and lists you maintain, and pairs each match with publicly available regulatory context. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. If you have an allergy or sensitivity, follow the advice of a qualified medical professional.

Best-effort accuracy

OCR and ingredient matching are best-effort. Labels can be misread, synonyms can be missed, and the curated regulatory dataset is a snapshot at the time of each release. The review step exists precisely because no automated extraction is perfect. Always confirm critical decisions against the original label.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for your own ingredient research.
• Do not attempt to scrape, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not upload images that contain other people’s personal information or that you do not have the right to use.
